It still says Device not ready (No reference posistion found)

this DVD-RAM DRIVE (E:) thats what it says when i put it in

my drive is a LITE-ON DVD R LH-20A1S 9LO3 (ATA) can you help me i really want to burn a game and play it/

Im trying to burn a xbox 360 game. when i get everything up and running. i put my dvd in and it waits for a while then it says Device not ready (No reference posistion found) Can u help me?
