Trying to burn a copy of CoD4 on Xbox360 but I get the following error:
Finalise Disc Failed! - Reason: Session Fixation Error Writing Lead Out. I know this has been posted about before but I couldn't find a specific solution, just general responses so if anyone could suggest a specific solution I'd be very grateful. The drive I use is: ATAPI DVD A DH16A1S HL62 (ATA). From a Google search I believe this is a LiteOn drive so I bookmarked it as such in the 'advanced' bookmark window of ImgBurn.
Not sure if it's the quality of disc - I don't feel like running around town looking for them (I live in Hong Kong), or the disc drive, or my bookmark settings (I followed a guide online) or something else but if someone can help that would be great. Here is the log. Tried twice but I think the first time was just a scartched disc problem - the second attempt is the one to watch:
