Well.. shows exactly what you know about it then

 

 

After a bit of investigation it seems to be the "Royale" theme it does it with but not the normal XP theme.

There seems to be a visual bug when using ImgBurn with XP styles (the in-built theme styles and not a 3rd party kit like window blinds)
