I tried what u said, but it doesn´t seem to work, it doesen´t even start burning, instead I tried with a different DVD (VERBATIM) and now I get a different error message:

getting a "close tray" error saying it was normal on laptops and to close the tray manually. However, when I did, I got a fail message so what do I do now?

 

Ei I ALWAYS get that error when I burn my xbox backups on my labtop but when I try the discs they work perfectly, try the DVD u burnt it should work fine

These are the 'supported' ones:

Your burner doesn't support the 8x Verbatim blanks. You can try with the 2.4x Verbatim blanks, or you could get a new burner
