[Imgburn doesn't work for me!]

Right-click on the burner's name and choose Capabilities: under Write Capabilities is DVD+R DL checked or not?

 

As I said before I am new to this stuff so if you could explain more specific it would be great.

Are you putting a blank disc in the drive?

Yeah I recently bought it in a store, Verbatim DVD+R DL 8.5 GB

I am pretty new to Imgburn and I tried to burn Tom Clancys Rainbow Six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360 from my computer. The problem is that I never can press the Write option and underneath it always says: "Device Not Ready (Medium Not Ready). Every time I eject the disc and then load it again it says: "Device Not Ready (Logical unit is in process of becoming ready 99%) and then it gets stuck at 99 % and after a while it says: "Device Not Ready (Medium Not Ready) again.

 

I don't understand what I am doing wrong so please help me. This is also my log everytime I try to burn games:
