I just downloaded ImgBurn yesterday. What I'm trying to do is create a bootable disc, for the computer memory test program called Gold Memory.
I did select "Bootable Disc" in the advanced options of ImgBurn, but it did not seem to work as expected when I rebooted my computer (it just loaded Windows XP as usual).
I'm thinking I may have burnt the wrong file. What is showing up on my disc is "CDROM ISO file 1,486 KB" (what I thought was the Gold Memory file I needed). It shouldn't matter that I used a DVD, should it? Might I need to do some type of unzipping or something first with the above-mentioned file??
Thanks for the hand-holding. I've only burnt two other DVDs ever!
