I know you see a lot of the same problems up here, and I really appreciate everything you all do! I wrote last week that I was getting an I/O error when trying to burn something. I was using TDK DVDs and was told to switch to Verbatim, and also to try to clean out my drive. I got some Verbatim DVD and cleaned my drive again, and this time it gave me the I/O error at 1%. The only firmware I can find for my drive is 171F, which is the current firmware it has on it. Is there an update for it that I am missing? I am cleaning the drive right now, most of the space is taken up by what I am trying to burn. Thanks for all the help so far.

Hey everyone, I'm kind of new to ImgBurn and I am trying to back up some xbox games. I got 2 backed up fine, but now the last 4 games have failed at 5%.
