it was brand new disk. but with second DVD-R DL (this time brand new ACME) everything OK. after reading some posts. i think problem is with the manufacture of disk. i use DVD-R DL just for xbox360 games. Acme and Silvestar are cheapest so most used (and my xbox360 likes to scratch them). 1 of 5 times i get writting error. thanks and sorry for posting not reading carefull first. and interapting another post
