  2. desktop, but i'm just curious why is the write error coming?
  3. first of all i need lighning uk's help cause the error went away with that backup but then it came back the next time i tried to do another backup, i have the latest firmware of imgburn.   4. i checked to see but it didn't show if they are 1.1 or 2.0 it just said generic or mass storage, and thanks mmalves for telling me to update cause that got it working. most helpful guide. thanx
  5. but i have used that same port to write alot of more backups and they all worked, is there any other way?
