[Layer break error ?? ISO was not authored correctly?]

humm....

 

is this something new that you have added into the new version?

i have burned DL disks before and image burn always auto calculated the break point and inserted it....

at least that's what the log always said...

this is actually the first problem i have had burning a DL...

Hey guys!,

 

i have a what seems a simple question.

I have a Commercial DVD that i own on my hard drive it is dvd9.

i have it in file format, i ran it through DVD shrink just to put it all back together in an .ISO No compression

I then attempted to burn it using imgburn I get an error that says:

 

optimal L1 Data Zone start LBA: none found VTS_01 this disk has not been mastered correctly for burning onto a DL (OPT track Path) Disk

None of the cells meet the DVD-Video Specification Criteria for potential layer break position,

Do you want to continue anyway?

 

I then tried using isotools for making an .ISO instead of Shrink, but i got the same result.

 

Any ideas on what is happening? (!)
