What are some good quality, but reasonably priced drives? Thanks!

I have a VAIO all in one desktop PC. My drive is a Blu-Ray/DL DVD drive. Is it the drive causing this error or something else?

Hello, could use some help. I am getting an I/O error that reads: Interpretation: Power calibration area error If i restart my CPU, for some reason i have no problem burning. If i use the program once, i get this error message, then need to restart PC again. Any idea's whats causing this? Thanks in advance!
