  1. thanks..but is there a reason to why my disks are only successfull without the verification??..because everytime the verify box is checked my disks never burn correctly?.. oh and since the disks that i burn are xbox games i run them thru abgx360 to verify it and it all checks out... so i know that imgburn is burning them correctly but ONLY when i uncheck the verify box..
  2. no sir im using verbatim 8x ..so i tried burning at slowest speed possible and unckecked the verify box and for some reason thats the only way to get a successfull disk. is it fine if i leave it like that or do i have to verify?
  3. hey guys im back ...with more trouble...so i bought an external dvd burner today and guess what...i still have the same problem as above....what could it possibly be this time???..any ideas??
  4. thanks..i was thinking of getting an external anyway since the first time i got the error...and yeah i tried the 2.4x ..i think i tried about 5 different brands and they all crapped out on me...well do to my crappy burner..but yeah my best option is just to buy an external and stop wasting cd's ...with all the ones i've ruined i could have already bought a new burner lol...but anywho..thanks for all the help.
  5. thanks Cynthia. im keeping my fingers crossed..hopefully i'll report back with good news alright well im back with more frustrating news...so i did as you guys stated above...i bought a lens cleaner and cleaned my burner and i changed the write speed to 4x and still nothing...same error and now i got this aswell>>>> I/O Error!
