No info about the disc anywhere when I am in read mode

The file I am trying to burn is a xbox 360 game its 7,29 gb. I get the error when I insert a DvD+R DL disc, it does not matter what mode I am in, I still get the same message

Yes the disc is empty. I have tryed with some normal dvd+r plates not DL and they seem to work

Greetings Hello, I have just bought a 360 and wanted to burn some games. But I get a problem when I am trying to burn games, it says "Device not ready( Incompatible medium installed). I have a Optiarc DVD RW AD-7200S with the newest firmware installed and I am using Verbatim 8x DVD+R DL discs. I have ofc checked if my dvd writer can burn DL discs. Do I need to buy the 2,4 speed discs or a new burner? Sorry if there are some spelling mistakes english is not my first language ImgBurn.log
