I lost about 8GB of space when trying to burn a dual layer dvd, I've looked at the FAQ's and followed it and no I do not have any norton or symantec product installed on my pc. The friend who told me to use Imgburn said that it stores in a temporary directory but he's changed his from the install and doesn't remember the default. Thanks for any help
