is ther a way to change the region code from ntsc to pal useing imgburn ?? or any other way???

img burns to 50% then hangs there n does nothing....!!!!!!!!! can anybody help please....dont have log file got peed off n shut it down....oops

tried to use imgburn but when i press the burn button i get this error message..... W 09:57:55 Retry Failed - Reason: Power Calibration Area Is Full......any ideas please??!!!!!!!
