    Your burner doesn't like those blanks. You could try a lens cleaning disc on that drive but I'm not sure it'd help. Try with Verbatim 2.4x DVD+R DL blanks and it should work Ok thanks Ill try it out!

    Hey, So this already happen to me three times. I read up on other fourms that say update your drive and I did that Im on Optiarc DVD -RW AD-7640A, I got update from http://www.firmwarehq.com/search.php?keywords=Optiarc+DVD+-RW+AD-7640A&chk=203 .
