Hey guys! Posted here a few days ago with a problem I was having burning on Memorex DVDs, only 2 out of the pack of 15 I bought worked. So I bought some Verbatim 2.4x's off of Amazon, and they showed up today. I was delighted to see the bar reach 100% with no "IO Error". Thanks for the quick replies guys. Would this produce the same quality of game as 2.4x? So then the freezing is only because I tried to burn at too low of a speed? @mmalves... Could be that too, at this rate this pack of CDs will be wasted by tomorrow anyways, I'll try that brand next time

Hey everyone, I was burning a backup of my Borderlands game, first time burning a backup. I selected 2.4x for the burn speed, but for some reason it still burnt around 4x the whole time, which is what I believe is responsible for the freeze every 5-10 minutes in its game play?
