  1. Yeah, I think you are right. I just tried another back up, and am running into the same issue. I checked to see if there are any driver updates on my burner and I am current. Up until my original post I was not having any issues. Any other suggestions... Thanks
  2. Well cleaning did no good, I un-installed and re-installed and went through manually rather than using the ez-picker and got a good burn, that plays on my DVD player. Thanks for the help!! - Rich
  3. The first 2 attempts I used 4x and 8x. I'll get the lens cleaned and try another burn.

  5. I have been using ImageBurn pretty successfully for a while. Just recently I have ran into a string of issues with the burn not being able to play in the DVD player, I have tried several players and the disc will not load. The disc will however play on my computer. I am using Verbatim disc's and have the most recent version of image burn. Any suggestions? Thanks
