  1. Just thought I'd pass it along, I just registered, and when your registration page tried to query the database to see if the username had been taken, it instead opened an iframe (I guess it was) of the board, but it looked more like the old Invision, like a 1.3 or something. I have no idea where it pulled that from. It was very strange. I should have got a screenshot, sorry about that. When I chose my display name, it opened a second one. It's like it makes the query and instead of drawing the green check mark, it draws the iframe at the X,Y location of the check mark... For my email address, it drew the "That email is invalid" (because I clicked to it and then moused around the iframe, it must have queried a null value or something) over the board header. Figured someone might want to check that, these Invision boards upgrade fairly easily but sometimes junk gets left behind. I ran one a few years ago (1.3, to 2.2 or something). 3.x is still new to me. Not sure if you guys have the social networking stuff turned on or not, but damn, they really go all out. More stuff than a forum needs, by all rights, but I guess it's cool if the board gets really popular. That button on the post window with the blue down arrow, lets you make the post window bigger? I was one of the most vocal supporters of that feature over on the company forums. Not sure I was the first one to say it, not sure if you're a member over there, but they listen to people, they like hearing what works. Stopped following forum platform development a couple years back though, now I watch application portablitity (fancy word for PortableApps and all the illegitimate knockoffs). There are a few illegally packaged "Portable ImgBurn" packages out there, but I don't trust 'em. I hope one day y'all package a legitimate one, but until then it'll be one of the few apps I install when I reinstall Windows. It's better than any of the open source disc burning apps they offer anyway (I've tried a few).
  2. First of all, sorry for making a second post, but for some reason it told me I could not reply to the other topic. To LIGHTNING UK! I just wanted to add (in addition to thanks for ImgBurn, of course -- much respect there) that in Windows 7, ImgBurn must be in Admin mode to change the .iso label, which is why my shortcut is set up to run ImgBurn with elevated privileges. Is there a way to have ImgBurn be able to do both -- support drag & drop, and be able to change .iso labels? For some reason DVD Shrink only uses the ISO9660 label which only lets you use uppercase letters and underscores (and numbers, I guess). So prior to burning, I use ImgBurn to set the Joliet label as well. Just looks nicer when you stick it in a PC and it comes up looking like something newer than MS-DOS, y'know?
