So Its definitely the media's fault on this?

The DVD (TDK) worked before.

Thanks for the welcome. I did try lower speeds which came out with an I/O Error. Will update everything, thanks again.

its a sweet 16 dvd. I tried ripping it with 2 diffrent programs (Nero, Imgburn), and writing it with diffrent programs (Nero, Imgburn) to diffrent media (TDK DVD+R DL, Memorex DVD+R DL). The dvd burner is fine, as ive burned on to it before.
