  1. .... still don't understand after rereading. The only thing I get is to update my firmware and clean the disc but this laptop is brand new -.- and I can'T find the firmware. I'll give a try with Verbatins as soon as i find some
  2. yeah I did and I know it has none to do with you guys but I just need help, Im not really good with these things and I think here's the best place to get help. Like you guys are fixing almost erybody's problem, so I gave a try =P. Anywayz if I can't find firmware i'll go get an external DVD burner to plug onto this machine. Thx nywayz guyz

  5. Go to the laptop's manufacturer website and look for a newer firmware for your burner. Do you have access to another burner, preferably a non-slim one? If you do it might be worth using that burner instead of your GT20N I looked all over google and I can't find a firmware, even on the other forum can't find -.-

Hi, i know this is my first post but anywayz, i've read the other post and I know it has nothing to do with you guys but I tried following everything and im not too good with these things so yeahh, I need help.
