Hi there, total noob to the forum so here i go : have searched for a specific answer to my issue BUT cannot find one. I can burn @ ALL speeds on DVD+R 4.7's using BOTH my samsung drives SH223B & SH223(F). however, my problem is when trying to use DVD-R media i have 100's as this media would burn fine until a recent update, the system buffer fills fine & is writing the lead in for disk, then as it is about to fill device buffer the system hangs , the drive light flashes for a small amount of time as if it were writing: but have to restart to get my system running again. please help im very stuck *suggestions anyone"?
