Am I right? thanks for the help by the way.
  3. Hi, I'm running a samsung r620 and have just downloaded imgburn to back up xbox 360 games. I'm trying to change the book type from DVD-R to DVD+R DL with a new setting of DVD-ROM but every time i click change, an error message comes up "Failed! Reason: Cannot Format Medium - Incompatible Medium". I really have no idea what this means. The burner is DL, so i cant see what the problem would be. any ideas?? any help would be much appreciated.
