Okay so it worked. Here is what I did. I burned it at 4x, after it ejected I pushed it back in, I went to tools-drive-close-disc

I don't see how it's the lens when it burned all the way to 100%. The error happened at the finalizing stage. My disc tray popped out, it said it couldn't close tray which is understandable because I'm using a laptop so it asked me to manually push it back in and when I did nothing happened.

the verbatim disks i have say 2.4x, should I still try 4x?

I need help burning xbox 360 games. So I have img burn, and I was using memorex dvd + r dls before, I got a 5 pack and they all ended up as coasters. The most I got to was 18% before I got an I/O error that says check condition. Anyways, today I went out and bought 20 verbatim dvd+ dls for 30 bucks.
