  1. Yes, this is a genuine Acer Aspire 8920, bought from a Canadian bulk seller--brand new, with packaging and manuals, etc. What I can't understand, is I have been using these DVDs for over 1 year (from the same pack of 100). Should I upgrade my firmware? Thanks for replying. Hi Cynthia, you might be right. My wife just suggested that I try another DVD-R and it is burning. What are the odds that you will pick a defective DVD-R from a stack of brand-new ones? Thanks again.

  3. I have an iso created from img burn (from individual files - vob, ifo, bup files, etc). I followed instructions on internet that says to add empty AUDIO_TS folder and use imgburn->menu build feature. I failed when I had output as device. Then I decided to create output as image(.iso). So, now I'm trying to burn this .iso and I'm getting original error. Here is the log: I 12:47:57 ImgBurn Version 2.5.0.0 started! I've been using them from the same pack for a long time now, without issues. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Cheers for the Christmas!
