I went to the above link,and downloaded the file.I am still getting the same error. Do I need to do anything additionally with the updated firmware,besides download it.

Very new to backing up my DVD's and to forums so if I am not doing something correctly please let me know. I am burning on to Memorex 16x4.7GB DVD-R's and get the below error.
