Tried there so hard to find... Its a dell drive... HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GSA-H73N I found one but it didn't do nothing.

I tried with another fresh blank disk. (Memorex CD-R 52X 700MB 80min) at 16x....

I don't know what my problem is... Can someone help me?
