I did not save a log, I can hit close and it says it acknowledged the abort. But it wil never respond after that.

When I burn a dvd the dvd never appears to begin to burn just starts at writing lead in and never advances. Any ideas what would cause this?

Any other opinions about the drives in above post?

Sorry I do have the model # for the samsung it is "SH-S223C/BEBE" But def dont buy the Pioneer? How about these drives? Just wanted to see everybody's opinion on which drive I should buy. I am using Verbatim 2.4x dvd+r dl media from singapore. I have been having issues with my old burner and wanted one of the drivers below.
