Thank you! I have cleaned the lens - whether I really know how is a different story. I use rubbing alcohol on a lintless sheet and wipe the blue lens-looking-thingy gently. Proper discs being added to the shopping list. But I have had varying good results in the past, whereas now all are zeros. Thanks again for your help! Chris

ImgBurn has worked wonderfully (except for occasional fails due to dirty lens or maybe poor media) until now. Last 10 burns have failed. Using Phillips DVD+R media. Recent log attached. ImgBurn.log
