  1. Not sure what I mean ! Thanks for the link. I see to get the ima from the Windows CD, but did not remember doing that. I guess my question now is, I thought there was a specific file to make a CD bootable, and one to make a DVD bootable, regardless of the APP you wanted boot into, EG, a rescue disk. ? And unless I am mistaken, Kapersky has a .img , not ima.
  2. I used imgburn in the past to create a bootable CD with slipstreamed XP3 and it worked. Somehow, I was supplied with or found an ISO image (in the make disk bootable) area to include with the folders I wanted to burn on the CD. For some reason I cannot find one now. Whenever the search looks for an (ISO) file to use, none is found. What folder on my PC contains the ISO image, or where do I find one ? Feel like a damn rookie !
  3. I am a NEW Imgburn User. I have looked in FAQ and could not locate similar Topic. I am using Ver 2.5.0.0 Question #1: The CD I burned contains 4 or 5 files of 4.42 MB. When I look at Properties for the CD it shows Used space: 4.42 MB And Capacity: 4.42 MB. And of course the Pie Chart Shows the CD as completely full. I am using Windows XP Home Edition - SP3. Does Imgburn reserve the Complete CD, regardless of the size of the files being burned or am I using incorrect options when creating the CD ? Question #2: It seems the Windows XP CD writing/erasing functions do not work on a CD created with Imgburn. For example, Copy file to CD or Erase CD do not complete, and if I leave the CD in the Drive, when I next boot, I get the message files are waiting to be written to the CD, but there no files to be written. I read in FAQ that you cannot append files to a CD, so is this the reason ?
