So what happened: -i tried to burn a dvd, but it was stuck at erasing disk for too long -i tried to stop the program, but that's not possible while it was working -i stopped the process (processmanager - not sure this is the right enlgish word) -disk tray will not open anymore! -i open up IB to check the dvd/eject etc, i try to eject it, won't work. I do the unlock, does nothing. I get this error: What to do please?
