Hi,
I've tried Roxio 6 (OEM pack which came with the laptop), but from what I remember, all write attempts -- esply writing a DVD in the past 6 months (and probably after I upgraded laptop to SP3), have failed. Using ImgBurn I tried burning a brand new SONY DVD+R 4.7GB AccuCORE RW disk, and it failed, with following log --

Could someone help, figure out what's the issue ? Is it a bad drive, or a software/driver issue ?
thanks,
