the disc cleaner did the job thank you

hey everyone im using win 7 and now i try to burn a double layer disc for my xbox i did it many times before using this program but now imgburn get stuck right after i click on the burn button it doesnt even start the burning process since i did it with no disc inside and it didnt open the tray or asked to put a blank disc in the message on the main window on the bottom says : "setting lo data zone capacity" and the log says : I 18:59:18 ImgBurn Version 2.5.1.0 started!
