Update your burner's firmware. Try burning at 6x or 8x. Try with high quality media such as Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden blanks. Cleaning the drive with a lens cleaning disc also could help. I've updated the firmware and tried cleaning, but still same problem. I forgot to include earlier, but I've been using Verbatim DVDs that I've been using with no problems.
