Hi Team,
For starters my DVD Writer is a Lite-On DVDRW LH-18A1P GL0F - according to IMG Burn
I've recently started backing up my 360 games to my pc and finally needed to burn one today, sadly to no prevail.
I have wasted 3x Imation DVD+R DL discs and now one Verbatim 2.4x DVD+R DL disc.
Originally it would try to load the L0 at the start of the burn, then time out and give me this error: Set L0 Data Zone Capacity Failed
I have since then run a laser cleaning kit, tried burning at 4x, tried a verbatim disc. The only firmware for my DVD drive (which is approx 2.5 years old) on the firemware site is from mid 2007, i think its quite old.
I think my only option is to buy a new DVD burner but ill see what you guys suggest as well. Please help this is very frustrating ;<
I have attached two images with a description next to each when those errors occured. Sorry I wasn't able to save the logs at all.
