Let me also just say that I have read numerous forums and have tried everything I could think of!!!

 

This is some of the stuff I have tried:

-Cleaned driver lens using one of those cds with a little brush.

-Uninstalled and reinstalled imgburn

-updated firmware

-changed media from Maxell to Verbatim (although I don't think it should matter because I have burned 100's of Maxell dvds before)

-changed burn speeds

-cleaned registry, disk cleanup, disk defrag

-tried burning in Nero, Active ISO, Windows DVD Maker....none of these worked

-I've tried more but I can't think of everything!

 

Strangely enough, I WAS able to burn a movie DVD with Sothink DVD Maker but I don't like that program and it's not even free. I was also able to burn a CD in Windows Media Player and Data DVD no problem (using Maxell DVD).

 

This happened out of no where. It was like one day I can burn, next day I can't. Any ideas on what my problem is?
