I have a sd dvd recorder (panasonic), that I use to burn hd tv programs with. I am assuming that they are now in sd even though the properties say upper field first. I edit them using ulead vss pro x3 and then burn with img. The dvd's will play on my hd lg dvd player but not on the panasonic sd recorder. I have tried in img , udf 1.02 and udf 2.6 and iso9660 +udf 1.02 and2.6 under build mode. I don't think I have changed any other settings but I may have. This worked last year but i was using ulead 9 and burning with ulead9. I am at a lost as to what to do. Do you think I need to get a converting program to change hv to sd first? If so do you have any suggestions. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
