it ok,but seems the problem is the media,i think it will not erase a rw media

Hello why im having this Unable to recover TOC when trying to erase A TDK DVD+RW,i tried it whit nero,dvd decrypter and a shampoo sw,can i update my burner ?i have the LG HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GSA-H58N, ANY HELP? THANKS
