Thx, now I atleast know what's the problem.

I bought some maxell dvd+r dl disc's and I can't burn on slower speed than 4x. These aren't the best disc's so they fail if not burned with 2x speed. Is there a way to make it burn slower? I don't want to just throw the disc's away When I select 2x speed the program automatically changes to 4x .
