  1. Thanks for the comment. In reply, I do not run anything else while reading. So it has to be something in the background. Got no idea what though. Unless it is AVG antivirus software???? I'll try turning that off next time and see what happens. I only burn video related content. But will try some audio to see what happens. Re the media, I normally only use Verbatim, but grabbed these things in an emergencey recently. However, had the same issue with Verbatim anyway. Finally, can you tell if the problem is being created at the read stage or the burning stage? cheers and thanks again.
  2. Ok - my apologies> Here is one attached. : ImgBurn.log
  3. Have used IMG Burn for some years and has always been great - thankyou. Recently, I have burnt a number of DVD's using Write Mode and during the verify session, I get constant Miscompares in most sectors. I click on it to continue and eventually it tells me there are too many miscompares, so I ignore them. The DVD is playable once burnt. My question is this: Miscompares suggests that there is a difference between the original data and image in the files/folders created by the copying software, (I use DVD Shrink or DVD Decryptor) and what has been burnt. Is this a media issue or a burning issue or a DVD Shrink issue? How can I tell/test and fix etc. I can post the next log if required. Thankyou.
