Can you explain what nope means please

hi there, I suppose lots of people used nero before they discoverd img. I like to back up my dvd covers and database, each time i copy my dvd collection. On nero i would backup my data and when I inserted the backup discs , nero recognized the backup disc and told me files have been added do you want to backup...does img do this....if so, how please...Sorry for the long story Stella
