  1. By heavy use I mean 50 to 100 DL burns a week. Thanks for the advice man; if the Sony drives also fail I will be back for more
  2. I do a lot of burning and am struggling to find a DVD writer that can keep up. I currently have 3 Pioneers (118L) but after just a few weeks of heavy use only one is still good. One has broken completely and the other gives a high percentage of bad burns (Verbatim media). Can anybody recommend a well built drive that will last? I don't mind spending more as long as they will last
  3. Have now moved all the burners onto the Intel controller. Also removed SPTD driver. Now it's working great. Thanks for the help!!! Awesome program btw. U should make ppl pay for it
  4. Thanks for the quick reply! Filter Drivers List: Upper Device Filter - None Found Upper Class Filter - None Found Device - CD/DVD ROM Device Lower Class Filter - None Found Lower Device Filter - None Found All burners are SATA 2 of the burners are on the Gigabyte SATA controller. 1 burner and 4 hard drives are on the Intel controller.
  5. Ok I'm having a few problems running multiple instances if ImgBurn. I would like to run 3 instances of ImgBurn, all burning different images at the same time. I can do 2 at the same time without problems but once I start a third the DEVICE BUFFER switches between two of the burns. As it rises on one it falls on the other. I have tried burning each image from different hard drives but still getting the same problem. The fact that it is the device buffer and not software buffer suggests it's a hardware issue but I doubt it's the PC; Intel i5 750 OCed to 4ghz, 4gb 1600 RAM, Gigabyte P55M-UD2. My hard drives are SATA running in ACHI mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
