Hi! I do a lot of photoshows using ProShow Producer, as an output I usually create DVDs (sometimes videofiles - .mp4). Lately I´ve experienced problems when trying to create imagefiles from those DVDs, e.g. on of the shows the procedure totally failed, i.e. no image at all was created. Today I tried another show and it also showed alarming signs but finally made it in the end (log enclosed). What might be the factors involved to cause those problems? I would appreciate any hint how to avoid them in the future.

Hi! Yesterday I used ImgBum (2.5.2.0) to burn an iso-file. When I came back after a couple of hours I noted an errormessage (attached). As far as I can see all the files are on the DVD (in the Audio_TS and Video_TS folders). I've only played a couple of the files (VLC) and they worked fine.
