Hello all, I am trying to determine if my drive has begun to fail or I have media issues. Listed below are the particulars of my setup. Windows XP Pro SP3 Drive: SONY DVD RW DW-D22A BYS6 (ATA) Media: Disc ID: 97m24s16f (Sony from CostCo) I have received multiple types of error messages and they are listed in the attached Word file.
