  1. Yes, I'm ordering another drive today ... It just seems odd as this writer is only a few weeks old. Problem is I bought it locally but lost my receipt. This particular reseller is not known for there customer service to begin with. I'd like to confirm that it is indeed the drive before I write it off. Thanks
  2. I tried 4x ... error persists. Thanks!
  3. Thanks ianymaty, I didn't realize that there was a TN03 as I had recently updated to TN02. I just updated the firmware to TN03, unfortunately it did 'not' help as errors persist. Q? I understand that IDE drives can be affected when more than one drive is connected to the same IDE channel ... Can sata DVD drives be affected by other sata hard drives?
  4. I tried other types of media and all produce the same errors. I have used this same media to produce 'thousands' and 'thousands' of disks (I burn a lot of media) and practically 'never' (less than 1 in a hundred disks) receive errors using this media so I think I can say confidently that it is 'not' the media.
  5. The following applies to single layer as well as dl discs. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000 You can try other speeds also. spinner Thanks for the reply Spinner. The disks which I am using are just memorex, however I've been using these exact same disks for years and never produced errors using these disks before. I have tried writing at 4x also however these errors persist.
  6. Hello, I am receiving constant 'failed to verify' errors using imgBurn using any image. Not sure if the problem is with imgBurn or a hardware problem. New LG GH22NS50. Errors are constant across media. Checked drive installed securely. Replaced sata cable. Errors persist. The log below is from a video image burn so the disk works after burn but nevertheless there are errors. Any assistance very much appreciated. Log: I 20:10:57 ImgBurn Version 2.5.2.0 started!
