OS: W7. 2G RAM.
I used the method of Tools> Create CUE file..
I've searched the whole forum for errors similar to mine, while i have found them, nothing is the same as mine. the distinct difference is that the direct show error pops up at 0% analysis. Most of the other users had this problem towards the end of the file's anaylsis and eventually worked out after clicking Retry, but there is something wrong with mine.
