What should I purchase for an external DVD drive? I would want the best I can get for $100 and which pack of DVD's would be good so I don't have tons of problems?

Oh I thought it might have been the media after reading this http://www.amazon.com/Memorex-8-5GB-Double-Layer-Spindle/product-reviews/B000UWYM5C/ref=cm_cr_pr_link_5?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=0&pageNumber=5 and burning the same exact thing to another disc with it working fine.

I'm trying to burn the ISO of Black Ops to a disc since I just got some DVD DL's and they are the correct disk, Memorex x8 DVD DL+R 8.5 GB, and all 11 times I've tried I've wasted my discs, here is a picture of the error, yes it's a clean and legit ISO I've used it on my jtag.
