Then how come you advertise it and you have instructions on how to copy them if you can't. That's the only reason I buy this program. So what your telling me is that you present false advertising.

I am trying to copy a PS3 game and when I put the disc in it says cannot read medium-incompatible format. I have been trying for almost a month to get help with this can anyone help me?
