tried updating the DVD drive firmware and still got the same error.I dont think the lens needs cleaning because in between this process I used the writer to write the same file on a DVD but used another program. Unfortunately the DVD didnt work on my xbox 360.

Also I am sorry but it seems my retardation is touching new heights. The media is 8X DVD + R DL that was manufactured in India.

I forgot to mention I am using the latest IMGBURN version 2.5.2.0

Hi I a have an ASUS G50V laptop that is running windows 7 32 bit. My DVD-SUPER MULTI drive model is HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA T50N. I keep getting the L0 DATA ZONE CAPACITY FAILED ERROR and if I clink continue I get another error; something about I/O error.I am attaching the LOG file with this so you can view it.I am using VERBATIM 8x DVD + R DL blank media for recording.Another thing to note is that my DVD drive is clean because I burned an image on the DVD + R DL using ASTROBURN PRO (by daemon tools) and it worked perfectly.Please help me out in this regard.
