Power calibration error, Pioneer 212d w/ Verbatim 16X Dvd-R

I get a power calibration error while imgburn writes the lead-in. The source is a valid Iso. Setup : Drive : Pioneer 212d ( 18x DVD-R/+R Write Speed)with latest firmware. Media : Verbatim 16x DVD-R I tried many speeds the error comes up every time. The log is attached to the next message. Thank you.
